My love of pies began in my nan's kitchen, small enough to barely reach the counter — but perfectly positioned to roll pastry. What began as weekend baking with friends has quietly grown into something rather beautiful.

Every pie is made entirely by hand, in small batches, using ingredients I'd be proud to put in front of my own family. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just honest, deeply good pie.

Whether you need a showstopper for a celebration or a warming weeknight dinner, I'm here for it.
